Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has signed Resolution No. 139 of March 3, 2011 “On adopting rules for providing subsidies from the federal budget to regional budgets in 2011 for the purpose of repairing courtyards and access roads in the residential areas of administrative centres of the Russian regions and the administrative centres of municipal districts in the Moscow and Leningrad regions.”
The resolution adopts rules for providing subsidies from the federal budget to regional budgets for the repair of courtyards and roads in the residential areas of administrative centres of the Russian regions and the administrative centres of municipal districts in the Moscow and Leningrad regions.
The new regulations are intended to significantly improve the state of public infrastructure in many cities and towns across the country.
