In accordance with the document, the government of the Russian Federation resolves:
1. That a budget investment be made in the reconstruction of a complex of buildings (the first phase) at the Blokhin Oncology Centre at the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (in Moscow, 850 beds, to open in 2013) in 2011–2013.
2. That the Blokhin Oncology Centre at the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences be chosen as the construction manager of the facility set out in item 1 hereof.
3. That in 2011–2013 the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (the chief budget fund administrator), the Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Finance make investments from the federal budget in the reconstruction of the facility set out in item 1 hereof, the responsibilities between them divided as per the Addendum.
