"I heartily congratulate you on your triumph at the Winter Unversiade 2011 in Erzurum, Turkey.

Showing your masterful skills and strong will, you defeated your opponents and topped the overall medal table with a total of 38 medals, 14 of them gold.

I am convinced that Russia's young athletes will continue to win victories in the future, both at the 2013 Universiade in Kazan and at the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi."
