Prime Minister Vladimir Putin instructed Regional Development Minister Dmitry Kozak to speed up the resolution of issues on reconstruction of railroad infrastructure for Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean pipeline

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin told Regional Development Minister Dmitry Kozak to speed up the processing of railroad infrastructure reconstruction issues related to the Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean oil pipeline.

"Please address this issue. The entire programme has stalled because of it", Vladimir Putin told the Regional Development Minister during a meeting, in which Transneft President Nikolai Tokarev also participated.

Dmitry Kozak said "the problem will be resolved; we will coordinate it all today".
