Prime Minister Vladimir Putin congratulates Russian Pension Fund employees on its 20th anniversary
The message reads, in part:
"Over the course of the Russian Pension Fund's history, it has amassed a great amount of experience and has become one of the most capable and necessary institutions providing social services to Russian citizens. The fund's responsibilities span a variety of serious issues that have a direct impact on the efficiency of the government's social policy and, more importantly, on people's quality of life and their confidence in the future. The fund's great efforts to modernise the Russian pension system deserve special mention.
I am glad that the fund's employees have been consistently distinguished not only for their professionalism, competence and deep knowledge, but also for quality of character, their respectful and attentive attitude to each individual and his or her problems."
