Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sends a message to Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov cogratulating him on Kazakhstan’s national holiday

The message reads, in part:

"I am pleased to note that Kazakhstan has made great strides in strengthening its statehood and national economic development. The international prestige of your country had grown significantly.

"It is vital that the mutually beneficial Russian-Kazakh cooperation has continued to gain momentum. Together, our countries are making an important contribution to deepening the integration processes within the Customs Union, the Eurasian Economic Community and the Commonwealth of Independent States."
