Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sends a message of congratulations to Alexander Rudin, People’s Artist of Russia and artistic director of the Musica Viva academic chamber orchestra, on his 50th birthday
The prime minister's message reads, in part:

Your dedicated creative work and truly excellent gift for performance, as well as your sincere aspiration to introduce listeners to some of Russian and the world's best music, are appreciated by your colleagues and lovers of classical music alike."
