Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sends greetings to the Russian Builders Union, a national inter-industry employers’ association, on its 20th anniversary

The telegram reads, in part:
“Over the past two decades of intensive and productive efforts, the Builders Union has earned a reputation and an authority as a group of leading professionals and investors in the construction industry. By safeguarding their rights and interests, the union is consistently improving the business climate in Russia, promoting the expansion of inter-regional and international contacts and the introduction of cutting-edge technology. This is especially important during the current post-crisis recovery period, because many other sectors are directly influenced by the state of construction, depending on it for preserving and creating jobs and resolving social problems.
“I am confident that Russian builders will continue working successfully for the benefit of their country and people, relying on their extensive experience and professional traditions. And the Russian Builders Union will support their every endeavour.”
