Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sends greetings to the winners of Sozvezdiye Yoldyzlyk, the reality television pop music competition among young performers in the Republic of Tatarstan

The message of greetings reads, in part:

"This competition has brought together young talented people from every corner of the Republic of Tatarstan. It has provided many young people with a chance to try their hand in different genres of pop music, to find good teachers, make friends and connect with their peers, as well as to earn public acclaim. And the festival continues to expand; the winners will now appear before Moscow audiences in a closing gala.

"I am certain that this bright festival will leave participants and guests alike with lasting memories, further stimulating the development of youth and creativity in the republic and elsewhere in Russia. And, most importantly, it strengthens interregional ties and helps preserve and enrich this country's diverse cultural landscape."
