Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sends a message of condolence to Ukrainian Prime Minister on the accident in the Dnepropetrovsk Region

The message reads in part:

"Please accept our deepest condolences on the terrible accident at a railway crossing in the city of Marhanets, which killed over forty people.

"Please convey our friendly support and sympathy to the families and friends of those killed and injured. We are together with you at this time of sorrow."
