Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sends a message of greetings to the participants, organizers and guests of the 4th All-Russian Andrei Petrov Festival

The message reads, in part:

"Holding such a wonderful event is a tribute to the outstanding Russian composer, it's an acknowledgement of his truly unique contribution to the development of the great traditions of Russian art. Over the years of the festival's existence, it has presented the audience with a wide number of meetings with renowned masters and allowed a large number of young musicians to demonstrate their considerable potential and find success."
