Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sends a message of greetings to the participants of the meeting devoted to the 10th anniversary of the IAEA’s International Project on Innovative Nuclear Reactors and Fuel Cycles (INPRO)

The message reads, in part:
"By launching this initiative, Russia expected to establish a capable expert platform to form the international society's unified approaches in the key fields of development of nuclear power, nuclear and radiation safety and the nonproliferation of weapons of mass destruction."
"Today we see that due to the high level of competence and professionalism of the scientists and experts at the International Atomic Energy Agency, this project has succeeded and has gradually attracted a growing number of countries."
