You can take pride in the outstanding traditions of miners, which are carefully passed down from generation to generation as you make your significant contribution to our industrial potential and energy security, as well as the resolution of critical social issues.

"Today, the industry faces challenges, such as further modernising coal mines and equipping them with modern equipment. And, of course, ensuring the safety of miners, as well as raising their standard of living and social security, must be a priority."
