Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sends his congratulations to Anatoly Torkunov, Rector of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, on his 60th birthday
The message of congratulations reads, in part:

Thanks to your diligence, experience and your truly inexhaustible creative energy, the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia (MGIMO) has rightly been one of Russia's leading universities for many years.
"And of course, your fruitful work to develop a dialogue between specialists and public figures from many countries deserves our utmost respect. We also appreciate your active participation in ongoing cultural projects promoting unbiased research into complex aspects of international and European history."
