"Pursuant to the provisions of Article 8 of the Agreement on the Procedure for the Introduction and Implementation of Measures Relating to Foreign Trade in the Customs Union with Regard to Third Countries of June 9, 2009, the Government of the Russian Federation made the following resolution:
1. To establish from August 15, 2010, to December 31, 2010, a temporary ban on the export of wheat and meslin (commodity code 1001 in the Commodity Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activities of the Customs Union [TN VED TS code]), barley (TN VED TS code 1003 00), rye (TN VED TS code 1002 00 000 0), maize (TN VED TS code 1005) and wheat and wheat-and-rye flour (TN VED TS code 1101 00) from the Russian Federation.
2. The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation shall:
notify member states of the Customs Union and the Customs Union Commission of the introduction of the ban as set out in Paragraph 1 of this resolution;
introduce a proposal to the Customs Union Commission for the application of the measures as set out in Paragraph 1 of this resolution by other Customs Union member states."
