Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sends a message of condolence to Pakistan Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani regarding the plane crash outside Islamabad

The message reads, in part:

"Please accept my most sincere condolences over the tragic plane crash outside Islamabad. Please convey my deepest sympathies on behalf of the government of the Russian Federation to the families of the victims."
