Prime Minister Vladimir Putin congratulates staff of Orlyonok national children’s recreation centre on its 50th anniversary
The message reads, in part:
"Every year, thousands of children from all corners of this country and around the world gather at this legendary resort on the Black Sea coast. I am sure that for each one of them the visit to Orlyonok becomes a lucky chance, a bright and fascinating experience to remember for the rest of their lives.
"It gives us great satisfaction to see that the centre personnel - councilors and group leaders - are a close-knit team welded together by sincere devotion to their work. Their high professionalism and unceasing efforts give the Orlenok guests an excellent opportunity to show their talents and capabilities in full and combine active leisure with educational and creative programmes, taking part in many festivals and competitions."
