Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sends a message of greetings to the participants and guests of the 8th National Research and Practices Conference on Monitoring Legislation and Implementation of Laws
The message reads, in part:
This meeting always enjoys support from representatives of all government bodies, public organisations, the scientific and professional communities. The forum raises topical issues including modernisation of the Russian law, law enforcement and the monitoring of the legal system.
I believe the serious professional discussion at this conference will result in a more efficient and well-coordinated legislative process and will also promote an improvement in the current regulatory system.
