Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sends his congratulations to theatre and movie actor, Merited Artist of the USSR and artistic director of the State Academic Maly Theatre Yury Solomin on his 75th birthday
The message reads, in part:
"You have come a long way in your career, a career that has been filled with bright and unforgettable performances and poignant directing. You have also earned the recognition of your colleagues and the sincere love of your audience. They appreciate your versatile talent, flawless artistic taste and tireless creative energy, which has served you in the direction of the staff at the legendary Maly Theatre over the years as well as in your generous teaching and mentoring."
