It attracts high-ranking officials and business executives, helping to build constructive relationships between them.
Issues related to the industry's development and the country's food security have always been a top government priority. The national farming sector showed exceptional viability during the economic downturn, and even boosted production at this difficult time.
I believe that consistent growth in the industry is convincing evidence of a successful government support programme.
I am confident that the Agro-Industrial Union will continue to play an important role in bridging the partnership between the government and agricultural producers, to make an important contribution to building a modern food market, and developing national farming as a high-tech and competitive sector of the national economy.
