"Since its inception, the Federal Antimonopoly Service has accumulated considerable experience and become a respected body.

"Today you must not only maintain your traditions but also improve your operating standards. Your efforts are so important that each service employee must be highly competent and comply strictly with their professional duties. Ensuring honest competition and protecting the principles of the free market as well as the interests of the people and economic operators are among the key functions of the state. The investment climate, sustainable growth, economic diversification and modernisation, and innovation development directly depend on these key functions."
