In accordance with the draft resolution, the Stavropol Territory authorities will receive up to 11 million roubles from the federal government's reserve fund for natural and man-made disaster relief for financial assistance to the said persons.
The federal budget will provide up to 18 million roubles to the territorial authorities for one-time financial assistance to the families of victims and to the people injured in the terrorist attack. Of that amount, 700,000 roubles will be paid to the family of each deceased person, 300,000 roubles to those who received serious injuries, and 150,000 roubles to people with minor injuries.
