Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signs executive order on awarding honourary government certificates to a number of foreign media agencies

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Government's Executive Order No. 818-r dated May 20, 2010 on granting honourary government award certificates for substantial contributions in preserving the Russian language and culture and for bringing compatriots together locally in other countries. The awards were presented to the editorial offices of the Neues Wiener Magazin (New Vienna Magazine) in the Republic of Austria, the editorial offices of Kostanai News in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the editorial offices of the Europe-Cyprus newspaper in the Republic of Cyprus, the editorial offices of the Russian Courier of Warsaw newspaper in the Republic of Poland, and the editorial offices of the Novoye Russkoye Slovo (New Russian Word) newspaper in the United States.
