Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has a telephone conversation with Governor Aman Tuleyev of the Kemerovo Region to discuss the recent accident at the Raspadskaya coal mine

Governor Aman Tuleyev of the Kemerovo Region told Prime Minister Vladimir Putin about the circumstances of the accident and the rescue operation underway to free miners trapped by the blasts.

The two leaders discussed the physical and financial resources required by the rescue operation.
