The Commission will include:

Igor Levitin - Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation
Tatiana Anodina - chairperson of the Intergovernmental Aviation Committee (deputy chairperson of the Commission)
Tatiana Golikova - Minister of Public Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation
Sergei Lavrov - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation
Rashid Nurgaliyev - Minister of the Interior of the Russian Federation
Sergei Shoigu - Minister of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief of the Russian Federation (deputy chairperson of the Commission)
Alexander Bastrykin - First Deputy General Prosecutor of the Russian Federations, chairperson of the investigative committee of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation
