Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has signed Government Executive Order No.455-r (dated March 31, 2010), which provides lump-sum payments to all citizens who suffered personal injury and to family members of citizens who lost their lives as a result of the terrorist attacks that took place in the town of Kizlyar, Dagestan Republic, on March 31, 2010. Families will receive one million roubles for each family member who was killed, citizens who have suffered severe or moderate injury will receive 400,000 roubles and citizens with minor injuries 200,000 roubles.
